MOME is in Berlin for the ULI Europe Conference 2026

From 1 to 3 June, MOME Living is in Berlin to take part in the ULI Europe Conference 2026.

Organised by ULI – the Urban Land Institute, this year’s programme focuses on Europe’s Competitiveness, exploring how the built environment – an economic driver that can often go unnoticed – helps shape a more dynamic, resilient and future-ready continent.

Francisco Rocha Antunes, CEO of MOME and co-chair of ULI’s European Affordable Living Council, and Nuno Correia, COO of MOME, are attending the general conference, which is taking place at the Grand Hyatt Berlin in Germany. Other members of the MOME team sit on the following product councils: Affordable Living Product Council, Francisco Rocha Antunes, chief executive officer; Sustainability Product Council, Susana Brito, finance and sustainability director; Urban Regeneration Product Council, Filipa Serôdio Pinheiro, legal and compliance director; Living Concepts Product Council, Maria Ramalho Fontes, design and marketing director.

. . . . .

The housing affordability crisis in Europe is not a data problem. We know what's broken: supply constraints, land costs, financing structures that don't work for long-term rental, regulatory frameworks built for a different era. What's missing is execution at scale, and that requires trust between actors who don't naturally sit together. That's the work: slow, structural, necessary.
