MOME is taking part in the Affordable Housing Initiative Days in Guimarães.
MOME is taking part in the Affordable Housing Initiative Days, an event organised following the European Union’s launch of the European Plan for Affordable Housing, bringing together experts, professionals and institutional representatives from various European cities to discuss solutions and public policies for the sector.
The event takes place on 28 and 29 April at the Sociedade Martins Sarmento in Guimarães, organised as part of the European SHAPE II – Affordable Housing Initiative European Partnership, led by Housing Europe, a platform that aims to bridge the gap between on-the-ground practice and policy development around two key levers for the fair renovation of Europe’s housing stock: public procurement and partnerships.
The first part of the debate will explore the fundamental role of public procurement. The second lever – partnerships and coalitions – will focus on the collaborative dimension.
