MOME announces partnership with Revive, a leading Belgian real estate development and investment platform, for the acquisition of a site in the Amial area of Porto.

With a planned construction area of approximately 33,000 square metres, the development is set to include over 400 residential units, representing an investment of more than €140 million, primarily aimed at families and local residents. In this context, the project is significant for urban regeneration and for strengthening the residential offer in an emerging area of Porto.

The operation—carried out on behalf of the Revive Impact Fund, managed by Revive Fund Management—aims to promote a large-scale residential project.

We are proud to collaborate with Revive in delivering a housing solution that meaningfully addresses the city’s needs,” said Francisco Rocha Antunes, founder and chief executive officer of MOME. He added: “We believe that the Amial project will become a new benchmark for responsible, community-oriented development in Porto”.

Located in Amial, an area increasingly recognised for its accessibility, range of services, and urban growth potential, the development aims to offer a variety of housing types tailored to the evolving needs of families, young professionals, and long-term residents. The focus will be on accessibility, sustainability, and community integration, in line with the development philosophies of MOME and Revive.

Our partnership with MOME reflects a shared vision for addressing the real and growing need for quality housing solutions for Portuguese families,” stated Nicolas Bearelle, executive chairman of Revive. He added: “This project has been designed to provide not only homes, but an integrated, sustainable, and inclusive community”.

The development is currently in the planning and design phase, with construction expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2026, following the completion of the necessary stages. This partnership also marks MOME’s expansion beyond the management of private housing cooperatives, paving the way for new housing formats.
