Francisco Rocha Antunes, founder and chief executive officer of MOME and co-chair of the European Affordable Living Council at ULI – Urban Land Institute, took part in the 4th edition of the ULI Spain Annual Conference, held on 22 April in Madrid.

With IE School of Architecture & Design as the main partner, the ULI Spain Annual Conference 2026 brought together around 400 international experts to discuss the key challenges facing the real estate sector, including the impact of geopolitical and macroeconomic trends on cities and investment strategies, the role of urban regeneration, and the competitive advantages that artificial intelligence can offer the sector.

Bringing together leading stakeholders from the private, public and academic sectors, the conference serves as a strategic professional platform for dialogue on sustainable development, innovation and urban planning.
