A MOME is taking part in MIPIM – The Global Urban Festival, the world’s leading real estate event.

MOME is once again taking part in MIPIM – The Global Urban Festival, which brings together the most influential stakeholders from across the international real estate industry to discuss solutions for making assets more sustainable in a changing world.

MOME is part of the Greater Porto stand, a pioneering initiative that creates a disruptive network of three major cities in Portugal: Porto, Matosinhos, and Vila Nova de Gaia.

Francisco Rocha Antunes, founder and chief executive officer of MOME, as a representative of ULI – Urban Land Institute, is also taking part in a private roundtable, Tackling Urban Loneliness: From Proximity to Belonging, on 11 March at 09:00. This discussion convenes a carefully selected group of investors, property developers, municipal leaders and health experts to explore practical, place-based responses to one of the most pressing social challenges currently facing cities.

Francisco Rocha Antunes is also part of the panel Making it Work: Solutions for Affordable, Sustainable Housing and, within this, the round table Planning Pathways that Accelerate Delivery, a session that will bring together municipal leaders, investors, planners, developers and innovators to identify practical ways to accelerate the construction of affordable, low-carbon housing in various markets.

Hosted by the World Economic Forum and Avison Young, MIPIM takes place at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.
