Filipa Serôdio Pinto and Maria Ramalho Fontes hold positions on the ULI Portugal executive committee.
Following Francisco Rocha Antunes, founder and chief executive of MOME, taking up the role of co-chair of the European Affordable Living Council, unit of the central organisation of ULI – Urban Land Institute, in 2024, two other members of the team are now also assuming new positions within ULI’s Portuguese structure.
Filipa Serôdio Pinto, Legal & Compliance Director at MOME — alongside Carolina Queimado, Consultancy Director at RE/MAX Portugal — is now co-chair of the Affordable Living Council at ULI Portugal, with the aim of advancing the creation, expansion and maintenance of sustainable, high-quality housing, making it affordable and meeting the housing needs of European cities.
Maria Ramalho Fontes, Design & Marketing Director at MOME — alongside Luís Moitinho, Partner at PLMJ — has also taken up the role of co-chair of the Living Concepts Council at ULI Portugal, which seeks to promote investment, development, regulation and operations across evolving housing concepts, including the build-to-rent, student housing, senior living and co-living sub-sectors, as well as emerging sub-sectors across Europe.
