The company’s new hire has a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, particularly in the residential sector.

MOME strengthens its team with the appointment of Nuno Correia as chief operating officer.

MOME has recently reinforced its team with the appointment of Nuno Correia as chief operating officer. A Civil Engineering graduate from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto, with nearly 30 years of experience in Project Management, Real Estate Management, and Construction Management at companies such as RAR Imobiliária and Edifer Construções, Nuno Correia assumes a leadership role, responsible for the strategic and operational management of the company.

As chief operating officer of MOME, Nuno Correia will oversee day-to-day operations and ensure that the company achieves its defined strategic objectives. His responsibilities will also include the management of human and financial resources, process optimisation, and operational efficiency, as well as identifying opportunities for innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability.

Nuno Correia is a senior business professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction and real estate projects, particularly in the residential sector. This appointment is part of MOME’s internal growth strategy; the company currently has a team of nine people.

It is with great pride and commitment that I embrace this new challenge at MOME", said Nuno Correia, MOME’s new chief operating officer. With my experience in the real estate sector, I aim to provide MOME with a broader perspective, both internally and in the market, and ensure we achieve high standards of quality through a strong team-oriented environment and respect for others’ vision.”

Nuno added that he has a “particular interest in ESG in real estate projects”, which he considers “a fundamental and mandatory requirement for the future of the business, and something that MOME already integrates into project planning from day one”.

For Francisco Rocha Antunes, founder and chief executive officer of MOME, the appointment of Nuno Correia represents “a strategic step for MOME at a time when we are consolidating growth and strengthening our operational capacity. His deep knowledge of the real estate sector and project management provides us with a comprehensive and experienced perspective, essential for the ambitions we have for the coming years. We believe that his leadership, combined with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability, will be decisive in further enhancing the rigor and quality with which we develop each project”.
