MOME will be taking part in the 13th Lisbon Urban Rehabilitation Week.
MOME will be taking part in the 13th Lisbon Urban Rehabilitation Week, one of the largest national events dedicated to housing, construction and sustainability, bringing together more than 100 speakers over three days.
Francisco Rocha Antunes, founder and chief executive officer of MOME and co-chair of the European Affordable Living Council at the Urban Land Institute, will deliver the presentation Affordable Housing Models in Europe as part of a broader panel on Financing Models and Partnerships for Affordable Housing.
Topics under discussion will include European models for affordable housing; alternative approaches in Portugal; available financing solutions, from housing cooperatives to public–private partnerships; the mobilisation of public and private developers; the role of banks; and public mechanisms to mitigate risk and enable project delivery.
