With a construction area of approximately 33,000 square metres, this project comprises more than 400 homes, representing an investment of over €140 million, primarily aimed at families and local residents. It constitutes an investment in urban regeneration and and a reinforcement of the residential supply in what is an emerging area of the city. The projects is currently in the planning and design phase, with construction expected to start in the fourth quarter of 2026.
