Holds a degree in Interior Design from the ESAD – College of Art and Design and brings around 10 years of experience at RAR Imobiliária, initially as an interior designer and later within the commercial real estate development department, where Joana was responsible for supporting clients throughout all stages of the purchasing process, as well as post-sales, ensuring a complete and integrated customer experience.
More recently, she served as commercial manager at Complai Construção, working on customer and partner relations in order to strengthen the company's market presence.
At MOME, as customer experience manager, she is responsible for accompanying customers throughout their journey, ensuring a clear, consistent and needs-focused experience.
